The Barber’s Eye & Stylist Expo Experience
When I was asked to speak at the Barber ‘s and Stylist Expo, I almost didn’t accept the invitation because of my travel schedule. But I was able to make some arrangements and attended.
It was great experience meeting with barbers, stylists, attendees and other vendors. I presented on:
“You and Your Money: Top reasons why most of us are still struggling financially and how to avoid it.”
Barbers and stylists make great money and are usually paid cash, which can be a challenge. Having cash on hands can push people to spend more than initially planned. During our presentation, I encouraged participants to take my “Money Reality Check” quiz. It allowed them to discover their money personalities and the meaning of money in their respective lives.
It was more a conversation that a presentation was covering topics from debt management to savings to investing.
